Objectives of the Course This course aims to provide students, who are preparing for their senior project in their final semester, with knowledge and skills of the stages of designing and implementing an academic or industry-based project in collaboration with their superviors or mentors from relevant industry/sector.
Course Content The students are expected to:
•Develop and present a research or a research-based practical project idea throughout the semester based on a chosen or assigned project for a group of senior year students
•Implement research skills for academic or market/industry research
•Enhance and apply skills gained in project management
•Use skills gained in essay and project report writing
•Apply skills gained in text and multimedia production
•Participate in team work
•Prepare a research report or a multi-media project portfolio
•Advanced presentation skills
•Apply skills and knowledge gained in their studies to real-world cases in collaboration with mentors from industry/academia
